PUBLISHING STANDARDS

Transparency and Publishing Standards

These standards explain how MindBridge identifies the publisher, distinguishes evidence from interpretation, presents historical records, and communicates sources, interests, limitations, and corrections.

Publisher identity

Publications identify MindBridge Business Academy as the responsible publisher. The policy system explains how a publication domain relates to the fixed company website and contact channels.

Facts, analysis, opinion, scenarios, and historical records

Facts describe observed or reported information. Analysis explains relationships and implications. Opinion expresses judgment. Scenarios describe conditional paths based on stated assumptions. Historical records summarize past observations or calculations. These categories should not be presented as interchangeable.

Sources and methods

Material claims should be connected to identifiable sources or a clear methodology. Primary sources receive priority. Secondary sources provide context and comparison. Material calculations should be reproducible from retained inputs, and source limits should not be concealed.

Historical-result transparency

The home-page display uses documented outcomes to show how the research process has been applied across different market situations. Supporting policies describe the security, measurement basis, record date, calculation approach, selection context, costs excluded, and whether a display represents a complete set. Methodology, Disclosures, and Disclaimer provide the supporting context.

Commercial relationships

Sponsored content, affiliate links, issuer compensation, paid placement, or another material commercial relationship should be identified near the affected content. The current page is not marked as sponsored, does not contain affiliate links, and does not present a paid offering.

Conflicts of interest

Known material interests that could reasonably affect the perception of a publication should be disclosed. A conflict disclosure should describe the nature of the interest without implying that disclosure removes the conflict or validates the analysis.

Provider transparency

External providers are identified when their role is material to delivery, privacy, data status, or user action. Naming a provider does not imply endorsement, partnership, or verification of MindBridge’s research.

AI-assisted work

Automated tools may support organization or language work, but they are not treated as independent factual sources. Material facts, calculations, and publication decisions remain subject to human review.

Limitations

Research can be incomplete, wrong, early, overtaken by events, or affected by unavailable information. Transparency explains the process and limits but does not guarantee accuracy or a particular market result.

Updates and corrections

Material errors are handled under the Corrections Policy. Method changes, new information, provider changes, or corrected calculations may require clarification or a new publication.
