Our approach
We use semantic headings, descriptive links, visible keyboard focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and alternative text for meaningful images. Pages are designed to reorganize at narrow widths rather than shrink the entire interface.
Keyboard and focus
Core navigation, policy links, expandable details, and privacy-choice controls are designed for keyboard use. Focus indicators are intended to remain visible. Native controls are used where practical so their role and state can be communicated by browsers and assistive technology.
Zoom and responsive reading
The site is designed to support browser zoom and common mobile widths without requiring horizontal page scrolling. Wide policy tables may scroll within their own container so the surrounding page remains stable. Text should remain selectable and should not be embedded in an image when ordinary HTML can provide the same information.
Content structure
Policy pages use one primary heading, descriptive section headings, plain-English labels, and a page-specific contents list. Links are written to identify their destination or action. Decorative images use empty alternative text, while meaningful images use a concise description.
Motion and rotating content
The home page may rotate historical research records. The rotating region is not announced repeatedly to screen readers, and users who request reduced motion receive a stable set rather than continuous rotation.
Third-party limitations
External services, including a third-party messaging service and externally delivered typography, may have accessibility behavior outside MindBridge’s control. Their own accessibility features and support processes apply after you leave this site.
Accessibility feedback
Email Contact email with the subject “Accessibility Feedback.” Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, the device or assistive technology used, and a description of the barrier. We do not claim conformance with a specific accessibility standard unless a formal review supports that claim.
